Description
Runners are from the orient where they are used to clean up the rice fields of rice waste, weeds and bugs. Along with their excellent foraging capabilities, they also are excellent layers. Their slender, upright stance makes them very mobile and fun to watch them “run”. This breed is domestic meaning it cannot fly. All our ducks make great pets except the Mallard.
