Description
Originating in Malaysia only 50 years ago, this breed is widely recognized as the world’s smallest chicken. Standing at a mere 6 to 10 inches off the ground, these birds are known for their “V-shaped” bodies, willingness to brood, and gentle nature. Able to leap heights with relative ease, they can be found perching in trees. They have a tolerance to heat, but struggle in the colder months. A heat source is a must in the winter! Our Serama come in many different colors, typically splash varieties. Available local in store or in shipping zones 1-4 only.
